Breakfast Casserole

1 ½ pounds sausage meat

1 ½ teaspoon dry mustard

9 eggs

3 cups milk

12 slices white bread cubed (remove crust)

2 cups grated cheese

Cook sausage meat. Combine milk, eggs, mustard and beat with electric mixer. Add cheese, sausage, and bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
